Fulfillment, Shipping, and Returns

 

FULFILLMENT:
We ship all orders within two business days and should be able to schedule appointments for pickup within two business days - if for some reason we can’t, we’ll let you know by email to discuss the next steps.


SHIPPING:
At this time:
- We only ship within the United States of America.
- We MUST be able to verify your address with our shipping software in order to ship your order to you. If your address doesn’t confirm, we will contact you by email within 2 business days of your order.
- We can only change your address or shipping preferences BEFORE the package has been delivered to the carrier. We will need to get the undeliverable product back before we can reship.
TL;DR: Please be cautious when entering your address!

RETURNS:
Did we screw up? If there’s a manufacturing or shipping problem with your product, please let us know right away.
If you allow us to document what went wrong, we may request the faulty item returned at our cost, and you can choose whether you would like a replacement product or a shipping-included refund.
We’re happy to refund or replace any unsatisfactory product. Unfortunately, however, we can’t refund both-way shipping costs at this time unless there has been a documented error in manufacturing for us to address, or shipping for our carrier to address. Please check back, though! We hope to be able to take this caveat out soon.
